Responsibilities

Handle day to day payroll processing in ADP Vantage
Calculate, confirm and transmit payrolls for each assigned pay group
Process data changes including new hires, pay rate changes, terminations, etc
Respond to payroll related inquiries and collaborate with partners to resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate payroll records and handle confidential information with discretion
Assist the team in identifying and implementing process improvement and efficiencies

Required

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in handling payroll operations, multi-state experience a plus!
Knowledgeable in end-to-end payroll and an understanding of payroll's best practices
Detailed oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with payroll software and systems, preferably ADP Vantage
Capacity to work independently and as an effective team member
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
