Responsibilities
Conducts functional and business process analysis and systematic testing. Provides concise and accurate documentation and professional presentation of findings regarding the statewide financial systems, and agency created applications. Prepares charts, diagrams and tables that depict the present and proposed systems in terms of costs, benefits derived, and processes accomplished. Manages projects to ensure deadlines are met and system integrity is maintained
Identifies and researches all necessary changes to the statewide financial systems and provides expertise and functional support throughout the application change process including the performance of acceptance testing
Leads and participates in special projects as assigned
Assists and mentors others with analysis and testing assignments
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree
Five years of experience with systems analysis, design, or testing
Three years of project management experience
Preferred
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems
One or more years of experience supporting the statewide fiscal systems: USAS, SPA, TINS, CAPPS, HRIS, or SPRS
Experience in documenting and testing new and existing web applications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
