Office Administrator
Synchro is seeking an Office Administrator to support day-to-day office operations and ensure the workplace runs efficiently. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing general support across departments.

Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and general inquiries
Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and conference room logistics
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation (digital and physical)
Assist with onboarding activities, including paperwork and office setup
Support basic HR and accounting functions such as data entry, invoicing, expense tracking, or timekeeping
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in an administrative, office coordination, or support role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
