Technical Writer I
DivIHN Integration Inc is seeking a Technical Writer I to develop and manage technical documentation. The role involves collaborating with various teams to create clear and standardized documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Responsibilities
Develop, write, edit, and format technical documentation that includes process manuals, system specifications, guideline documents, and procedure manuals
Collaborate with teams across departments to gather and interpret information about their documentation needs
Standardize content across platforms and media to ensure consistency and clarity
Review and edit existing documentation to verify completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards
Work closely with project teams to understand product details and develop appropriate content
Convert complex technical terminologies into user-friendly language to ensure understandability
Conduct periodic reviews and revisions of documents to ensure that the updates and changes in the processes are captured accurately
Qualification
Required
An associate degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field OR currently enrolled in one of these programs at an accredited college/university
Proven 2-5 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role in a technical field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation
Proficient in using MS Office and other documentation tools
Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with cross-functional teams
