Architectural Project Manager Science and Technology
Kane Partners LLC is a nationally recognized architectural design firm seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in Science and Technology projects. This role focuses on leading technically complex work such as laboratories and research facilities, overseeing projects from early planning through construction.

Responsibilities
Manage projects of varying scale and technical complexity from concept through construction administration
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and engineering partners
Develop work plans and track progress to ensure project goals, schedules, and contractual obligations are met
Oversee project financial performance including fee tracking and forecasting
Collaborate closely with Project Architects and design teams to support strong technical execution and documentation
Support proposal development including scope definition, work planning, and fee estimating
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and interviews as needed
Ensure quality control measures are incorporated into project planning and delivery
Qualification
Required
Eight or more years of professional experience in architecture
At least three years of experience managing projects with a focus on science and technology facilities
Experience with higher education, pharmaceutical, biopharma, biotech, or research environments
Working knowledge of laboratory planning principles and applicable codes
Ability to organize projects, track progress, and adjust resources as needed
Experience guiding and reviewing the work of team members and consultants
Strong client communication and relationship management skills
Technical proficiency in detailing and specification writing
Experience with complex new construction and renovation projects
Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture required
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience with cGMP environments
Familiarity with hazardous materials code analysis
Interest or experience in sustainable design
