Responsibilities

Respond to user requests via phone, email, and chat, delivering courteous, timely, and effective support
Install, configure, support, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software in compliance with company standards
Troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN, VoIP systems, videoconferencing tools, digital signage, and other computing equipment
Deploy and support mobile and remote devices (iPhone, Android, handheld scanners, etc.)
Maintain accurate computer and equipment asset inventories
Contribute to the research, development, and implementation of technical solutions
Ensure system, process, and user documentation is current and complete
Support system security and compliance requirements
Participate in integration projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform technical analyses and contribute to business proposals as needed

Required

5+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical support role
Strong ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and comprehend user needs
Proven ability to remain professional, respectful, and patient in all interactions
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Bilingual (English and Spanish) - required
Must have a valid Passport - required
Must be able to obtain a TWIC card upon hire
Must be able to travel 25% of the time
