Inventory Manager
Quality Irrigation NE is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee and manage all inventory-related operations within the organization. The role involves ensuring accurate inventory tracking, analyzing data for trends, and implementing effective inventory management strategies.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs
Monitor and manage inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed purchasing decisions
Collaborate with various departments to determine inventory needs and develop inventory replenishment plans
Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, including cycle counting and physical inventory audits
Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and evaluate supplier performance
Service walk-in customer needs
Qualification
Required
Proficient in inventory management software and systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Knowledge of best practices in inventory control and management
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Preferred
Two years of experience in inventory management or related roles
