Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Regency ABA is committed to a gentle, ethical, and human-centered approach to ABA therapy. They are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to focus on clinical work while supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
Supervise RBTs (telehealth or in-person) in accordance with BACB and insurance standards
Conduct assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
Develop and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
Provide caregiver training and support rooted in ABA best practices
Conduct FBAs and FAs when clinically appropriate
Review data, monitor progress, and adjust programming thoughtfully
Qualification
Required
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Experience working with children and families in ABA settings
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Comfort with data analysis and ABA software
A desire to practice ABA in a thoughtful, ethical, client-centered way
