InternAmica Insurance is America’s oldest mutual insurer of automobiles, and they are seeking a Project Coordinator Intern for Summer 2026. This role provides hands-on exposure to project management practices by assisting and collaborating with team members on various projects within the Marketing, Communications & Growth department.

Responsibilities
Assist with developing project objectives, timelines and plans based on defined business requests
Collaborate with project coordinators and other Brand and Communications team members to define project activities, tasks and milestones required to complete projects
Produce and distribute project documentation following project management best practices
Monitor and track project progress using project management tools to help identify risks, dependencies or changes
Assist with ensuring timely completion of projects and support closeout activities
Participate in team and project meetings
Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and project team
May be called upon to handle other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a relevant 4-year college undergraduate program with a focus in business, marketing, project management, communications, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
