Responsibilities
Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including wired, wireless, and wide-area networking environments
Design and implement network solutions that support clinical and business operations with a focus on reliability and security
Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for network, systems, and telecommunications issues
Administer and support enterprise telecommunications platforms, including Cisco Call Manager, contact center solutions, and related voice technologies
Monitor systems and respond to alerts to maintain service availability and performance
Collaborate with IT leadership, project teams, and vendors to plan and implement infrastructure improvements and system upgrades
Administer and support VMware virtual environments supporting critical applications and services
Support Linux-based systems used within the infrastructure environment
Administer Microsoft 365 services, including identity, security, and collaboration components
Participate in scheduled maintenance, change activities, and infrastructure initiatives across the organization
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED or higher education
Experience in supporting enterprise-scale network and telecommunications environments
Experience supporting enterprise network environments (routing, switching, firewalls, wireless)
Telecommunications and unified communications experience, including Cisco Call Manager and contact center platforms
VMware virtualization administration and support
Linux system administration experience
Microsoft 365 administration
System and network monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting
Ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment where system availability is critical
Preferred
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
