Responsibilities
The role provides high‑level support, ensuring seamless coordination of both leadership and client‑facing responsibilities. This includes managing daily operations with a strategic lens—overseeing inbox and calendar priorities, planning business travel, coordinating with finance and partners on matter management, and serving as a key liaison across firm departments
The position also delivers comprehensive administrative and operational support, including complex scheduling, preparation of reports and presentations, maintenance of confidential records, and coordination of detailed domestic and international travel. It plays a central role in client onboarding, billing, and relationship management by monitoring key client activities, identifying risks or opportunities, and supporting high‑end client engagement efforts
The role supports business development by tracking practice metrics, coordinating client pursuit teams, and assisting with initiatives such as thought leadership, sponsorships, and client appreciation programs. It also contributes to internal and external programming by coordinating meetings, events, and research efforts, and by partnering with firm departments and outside stakeholders to execute client and community initiatives
Qualification
Required
10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm
Expert in Microsoft Office; quick learner of new systems
Exceptional communication, judgment, and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Proactive, resourceful, and discreet
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
