Mobile Trailer Technician

New Grad, Entry LevelNorth Central Utility (NCU) is one of the largest semi-trailer dealerships in the nation, seeking a self-motivated Mobile Trailer Technician to represent them in the semi-trailer service industry. The technician will perform trailer repairs, preventative maintenance, and DOT inspections while ensuring a safe work environment.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of trailer repairs
Perform preventative maintenance on trailers
Perform DOT inspections on trailers
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair trailer bodies, systems, and components
Inspect, service, and replace trailer parts
Test all systems and equipment for performance issues
Compile inspection reports, document repairs, and report findings to manager
Use and promote industry best practices
Maintain and promote a safe work environment
Use and promote PPE and the use of safety equipment
Perform any related tasks assigned to them
Assist Service Manager and/or Shop Foreman as needed
