Collect and consolidate current month and quarter gross-to-net projections
Report current month and quarter net sales to leadership highlighting any variance, risk, and opportunities
Actualize retail and net sales by account
Review year-to-go retail and net sales projections
Builds and improves planning modules for sales, trends, and budgeting purposes
Manage and lead recurring meetings with the sales team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with a business concentration
3-5+ years of sales/demand planning experience
Knowledge of retail math (customer margin, stock in trade, week of supply, etc.)
Prior experience working in the beauty industry is required
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Power BI experience
