Assisting skilled workers in the performance of duties related to electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and other building trades work
Participating in repair work with a skilled tradesman
Performing routine helper and semi-skilled work under close supervision
Progressively becoming more skilled and using more independent judgment as to method of repair
Having work checked in progress and after completion
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Drivers License Required
Preferred
Trade School HVAC, plumbing or electrical program Preferred
General Experience in building maintenance Preferred
