Responsibilities
Gain our customers’ trust and understand their needs
Support new supercomputers and AI fabrics technologies
Solve complex issues while leading highly visible customer issues
Work closely with various R&D teams and develop features for our customers
Provide constructive feedback to engineering and marketing regarding products’ requirements
Qualification
Required
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
8+ of years of proven networking experience
Wide knowledge in networking protocols
Complex problem solving and debug capabilities with can-do approach
High level English communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work directly with customers
Preferred
Experience and understanding in SoC (System on Chip) and/or high-complexity high speed board design
Familiarity with server topology, BMC interfaces, and security considerations
