Responsibilities

Support multiple workstreams by managing work items, milestones, and deliverables in Azure DevOps (ADO)
Translate functional activities into clearly defined work items, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and commitments
Monitor schedules for late starts, slippage, and upcoming deadlines
Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and required change requests
Apply standard PMO disciplines related to scope, schedule, cost awareness, and risk management
Ensure work remains aligned with established governance and delivery expectations
Encourage consistent use of tools and processes in a supportive, non-bureaucratic manner
Use Azure DevOps as the primary system of record for work and deliverables (configured as a work catalog rather than a traditional software release pipeline)
Support alignment with Microsoft Project–based planning and emerging enterprise planning tools (e.g., One Plan)
Assist workstream leads with tool navigation, status updates, and maintaining data accuracy
Serve as a calm, reliable support for workstream leads by providing guidance, reminders, and light coaching on PM expectations, tool usage, and delivery best practices

Required

3 years of project management or project coordination experience
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar work-management tools (ADO preferred; strong learners welcome)
Solid understanding of core project management fundamentals, including scheduling, deliverable tracking, and risk/issue management
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage a high volume of work items accurately and consistently

Preferred

Exposure to Oracle ERP or Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives
Familiarity with finance or accounting processes (e.g., general ledger, chart of accounts)
Experience using Microsoft Project
Exposure to resource management or enterprise planning tools (e.g., One Plan)
Background in large enterprise, public sector, or consulting environments
