Workplace Program Coordinator - Office of Administrative Services
GSA is responsible for managing workplace services and programs. The Senior Workplace Program Coordinator will manage programs supporting tenants occupying GSA/OAS space nationwide, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and overseeing contract activities.

Responsibilities
Manages physical condition assessments to provide oversight and management of valued assets and investments; compliance with applicable Federal laws and regulations to provide safe and healthful environments for Federal employees, contractors and the public
Oversees all contract activities related to workplace management programs to include workplace plans, operations and maintenance, efficiency enhancements and improvements, administrative programs, and special programs
Develops and implements building policies, regulations and procedures governing workplace management programs requiring decision making in coordination with top level executives
Determines the most efficient and economical manner by which to accomplish assigned workload, establishes priorities, and provides positive direction to team members on goal attainment and methodology
Analyzes the functions and tasks assigned and determines how best to use employees' skills to accomplish work assignments
Qualification
Required
US Citizens and National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
Register with Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959
Current or Former Political Appointees: The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) must authorize employment offers made to current or former political appointees
Serve a one year probationary period, if required
Undergo and pass a background investigation (Tier 2 investigation level)
Have your identity and work status eligibility verified if you are not a GSA employee
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service
Experience analyzing customer workplace requirements in order to develop comprehensive findings
Presenting recommendations, options and solutions to incorporate the customer's mission driven needs into creative workplace solutions
Coordinating efforts to ensure delivery of these solutions and effective customer relationship management
