Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities

Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in software development
Experience with programming in Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages
Experience in SQL databases
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery)
Experience with Agile methodologies
Bachelor's Degree and related experience and/or military experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Master's Degree
Experience with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience in the financial services industry
