Quality Governance Project Manager
JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking a Quality Governance Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within their R&D Quality organization. This role focuses on supporting operational excellence and governance while ensuring cross-functional execution across clinical, quality, and research functions.
Responsibilities
Lead large-scale, cross-functional and strategically critical RDQA initiatives from initiation through delivery
Apply project management best practices to drive standardization, automation, and operational maturity
Establish and manage project governance structures, status reporting, risk management, and mitigation plans
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance, communication, and change management
Serve as a central communication point across project teams and leadership
Conduct data analysis and root-cause assessments to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 10–15+ years of project management experience; 5+ years in biotech, pharma, or clinical research
Seasoned traditional Project Manager with strong foundation in PM best practices
Experience establishing Quality Governance frameworks and managing large, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Strong knowledge of clinical and preclinical research operations, GCP, and familiarity with GVP, GMP, GDP, and CMC
Advanced communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Preferred
Project Management certification preferred (PMP, PMI, Agile, Six Sigma, etc.)
