Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
Provide start-up services for complex HVAC equipment
Perform ongoing preventive maintenance
Execute break/fix repair
Conduct equipment retrofit services
Qualification
Required
5+ years of field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning
Must have knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps & rooftop packaged HVAC systems
Startup experience
Mentored others in the field
EPA Universal
Must have your own hand tools
Must have a clean driving record
Self-starter, great communication skills, timely
Preferred
OSHA 10-hour training certification and OSHA 30
Master HVAC-R is a plus
Manufacturing certifications (i.e. Aaon, Smart Chiller, Samsung, ClimaCool, ClimateMaster…, etc.)
