Lead end-to-end Veeva CRM implementations, upgrades, and global rollouts
Strong expertise in Veeva CRM configuration, data model, security, and business processes
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams
Design and oversee customizations, integrations, and data migration activities
Drive requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and user enablement
Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulations and Veeva best practices
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in Life Sciences and CRM platforms
Lead end-to-end Veeva CRM implementations, upgrades, and global rollouts
Strong expertise in Veeva CRM configuration, data model, security, and business processes
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams
Design and oversee customizations, integrations, and data migration activities
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (as applicable to Veeva)
Drive requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and user enablement
Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulations and Veeva best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
