Responsibilities

Performs defined data analytics tasks to meet business objectives
Applies standard methods and algorithms, validates results and performs necessary data preparation steps
Creation and maintenance of analysis conducted in R environment requiring understanding of R programming language
Develops Tableau dashboards requiring experience in SQL coding
Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
Acts as the initial point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by the team. Capable of effectively triaging and de-escalating issues with impacted parties
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data analytics
Minimum of 3 years' experience using or applying statistical and mathematical concepts to measure performance against projects to ensure high-quality delivery

SQL coding experience
Demand forecasting and/or data simulation experience
