Responsibilities

Manage and cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Play an integral role in new business pitches, leading the effective on-boarding process for new clients. Develop sales programs and strategic plans designed to meet and exceed budgeted sales objectives
Focus on growing and developing existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
Oversee mid-level accounts that are moderately complex in scope, coordinating with teams and internal departments for optimal delivery
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration
Analyze client and market trends, making informed recommendations to further business goals and client satisfaction
Ensure smooth coordination of client campaigns, marketing plans, and project delivery
Monitor account financials, including budgets and forecasts, to ensure profitability and adherence to goals
Address moderately complex issues and escalate more advanced problems to senior management
Maintain regular, effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders at all stages of client engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field required
Typically requires 2 to 4 years of direct experience in account management, client relations, or sales

Customer/client orientation and a proactive, self-motivated approach
Effective leadership, collaboration, and mentoring capabilities
Strong account management, sales program development, and analytical skills
