Responsibilities
Define and enforce standards and practices for Marketing Cloud development, configuration, and deployments
Architect, design, and develop customizations utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Lead Marketing Cloud data modeling and architecture including data extension modeling
Manage the Marketing Cloud knowledgebase at CFA and serve as the primary point of contact for technical questions related to the platform
Partner with the product owners to develop the road map for the Marketing Cloud platform
Supervise configuration and code changes on the Marketing Cloud platform
Support IT and business teams with triaging production support issues
Train and support Marketing specialists and junior staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with Marketing Cloud
Experience with amp script, journeys, automations, Marketing Cloud Connect
Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation
Experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle/enterprise software projects
Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of a CRM or Digital Marketing engagement
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and assign tactical requests to the team
