Responsibilities
Master Data Entry: Take charge of entering and updating customer setups with precision, ensuring that every detail is spot-on for seamless financial operations
Power Up Billing Data: Play a critical role in preloading and managing billing data into our ERP system, helping streamline financial processes and ensure accuracy
Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with Financial Analyst Managers to tackle ad-hoc tasks and contribute to a wide range of high-impact financial projects
Verify for Accuracy: Review and validate data from branches, ensuring every entry meets our strict quality standards before it's entered into the system
Timely Delivery: Keep everything on track by meeting deadlines and ensuring that all tasks are completed with speed and precision, driving efficiency and supporting business growth
Data Stewardship: Maintain and monitor the integrity of our financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout all systems to support decision-making and reporting
Qualification
Required
Authorized to work in the United States
Able to pass an extensive screening process
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
Preferred
Accurate data entry and ongoing data management
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP systems
Thrives working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to shift priorities as needed
Strong communication skills with colleagues and other internal stakeholders
Remains accountable to consistently meet deadlines and take ownership of tasks
Eager to learn and grow in the world of finance
