Responsibilities
Champion the Product Vision & Strategy:
Be able to articulate, and champion the product vision, strategy, existing capabilities and the roadmap for Clinical Data Studio
Strategic Project/Program Leadership & Execution:
Act as the program lead for complex, cross-organizational product initiatives eg with implementation and sales teams, driving execution from ideation through delivery. This includes identifying, managing, and mitigating inter-dependencies and program-level risks
Manage Clinical data Studio cross-product releases: timelines, release documentation completion, product pre and post production testing and release training (internal and external)
Internal Process Optimization & Adoption:
Look for opportunities to innovate and make internal processes more efficient e.g. SDLC/Agile practices, product training delivery, customer ideas collection, customer communication/newsletters, etc
Be curious and proactive - this position requires ability to identify problems and solve them independently
Customer Engagement & Validation:
Build and maintain deep relationships with key customers and strategic partners to capture Voice of Customer (VoC), validate prototypes, and translate high-level market problems into actionable product requirements
Value Realization & Success Metrics:
Define, track, and report on key product success metrics (KPIs), including product usage, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. This ties product delivery (project) to product value (product)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; or 12 years of relevant work experience
Requires 10+ years overall clinical research industry experience; at least 5 years in software development
Operational experience in data management including best practices, regulatory requirements, domains (pharma, CRO, etc.) and technological landscape
Experience building/leading product development and/or product implementation
Appreciation and understanding of customer adoption life cycle and decision making
Preferred
Experience in adjacent fields clinical data science, data analytics, centralized monitoring a plus
