Responsibilities
Lead the development, maintenance, and execution of an organization-wide cybersecurity Disaster Recovery (DR) strategy, addressing threats such as ransomware, data breaches, and advanced persistent threats
Validate Cordis’s readiness and resilience to respond effectively to cybersecurity incidents during DR scenarios through tabletop exercises, simulations, and real-world testing
Oversee the secure restoration of critical systems, applications, and data, ensuring integrity, confidentiality, and minimal business disruption
Assess and continuously improve incident response and cyber recovery capabilities, aligning with regulatory, compliance, and business continuity requirements
Identify gaps and weaknesses across incident response, recovery processes, tooling, and governance, and track remediation to closure
Partner with IT, business, legal, and risk management teams to ensure coordinated response and recovery execution
Deliver post-exercise and post-incident reports, including risk ratings, lessons learned, and prioritized, actionable improvement recommendations
Drive adoption of cybersecurity DR best practices, frameworks, and metrics to enhance organizational cyber resilience and maturity
Qualification
Required
10+ Years' Experience in Cyber Security
Lead the development, maintenance, and execution of an organization-wide cybersecurity Disaster Recovery (DR) strategy
