Promoting adherence to pool rules
Maintaining and inspecting pool areas
Coordinating with vendors and team members
Preparing written daily activity reports
Reporting safety or maintenance issues

Qualification
Required
Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
Proactive customer service approach
