Responsibilities

Support the launch of the updated QBR system by helping review materials, organizing customer groups, documenting required KPIs and templates, coordinating with data teams, and assisting in updating the QBR SharePoint Hub
Provide simple guidance documents and help track early requests and scheduling
Manage intake by logging requests, applying tiering rules, and tracking deadlines
Assist with deck preparation by pulling templates, inserting data views, and organizing baseline slides
Gather insights from teams and update slides accordingly
Deliver completed draft decks to Sales/CSMs and maintain the templates, links, and customer libraries. Monitor scheduling, flag capacity issues, and coordinate timing with Executive Communications
By mid‑2026, intake and tiering run smoothly, the Hub is widely used, and new layouts are fully adopted. By year‑end, the program operates efficiently, enabling Executive Communications to focus primarily on top‑tier reviews

Qualification

Required

3–5+ years in program/project management, CX operations, sales operations, graphic design, or customer success
2-5 Years Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint & SharePoint
Background in B2B, supply chain, logistics, retail, or marketing
Comfortable partnering with Sales, CX, Ops, Finance, and Analytics
Strong project/program management
Excellent stakeholder management and communication
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage high‑volume deadlines
Comfortable pulling from dashboards (Power BI, Salesforce)
Able to maintain SharePoint hubs and document libraries
Works independently with light supervision
