Responsibilities
Receive consignor enquiries and ensure that they provide proper documentation to sell their transportation items in our auctions
Gain and apply knowledge in the processes of our business in order to best support our customers
Ensure that external customers have a positive experience doing business with Ritchie Bros
Ensure that requests from internal customers are acted upon timely and accurately
Resolve issues and track interactions relating to customer requests
Provide information related to upcoming auctions and equipment
Proactively reports areas of customer concerns
Perform other various duties as required from time to time
E-Clerking duties if required and as opportunities become available
Work closely with Territory Managers
Ensure confidentiality while dealing with contracts and consignors
Provide proper documentation to buyers in order for them to register their purchases from an RBA auction
Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
1-3 years experience at a high-volume customer contact with additional, transactional duties and responsibilities
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining strict ethical standards - both on and off the job
