Qualification
Required
3-5 Years of Automotive Service, Parts, or Warranty experience
Warehousing and/or Logistics Experience
Understating of Automotive Warranty Procedures
Analytical thinking
Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, Parts Catalogs)
Problem Solving
Communication Skills- Verbal, Email
Ability to move automotive parts up to 50 lbs
High school Diploma or some College
Working knowledge of automotive after sales processes or equivalent experience
Preferred
French language fluency, preferred Quebec French
ASE Technician Certification
Associates Degree (or Better)
