Support real estate transactions, including deeds, closings, due diligence, and title coordination
Assist with corporate formations and governance for U.S. and foreign entities
Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies)
Provide case management support, maintain calendars, deadlines, and files
Assist with tax-related filings and coordinate with tax professionals
Provide litigation and dispute resolution support as needed
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English & Spanish) with exceptional written and verbal skills
5+ years in a professional office (legal/corporate preferred)
2+ years as a paralegal or attorney
2+ years in real estate law
Bachelor's degree required
Detail-oriented, independent, organized, and deadline-driven
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Notary Public license (or willingness to obtain—firm covers costs)
