Administrative Operations Manager
CV Remote Solutions (CVRS) supports cardiac device clinics nationwide through our Remote Care Specialist (RCS) teams. They are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee RCS operations, drive efficiency and quality, and support continued growth.

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of the Remote Care Specialist team
Coach and mentor team members to drive performance and engagement
Standardize workflows to improve productivity, compliance, and service quality
Partner with leadership on staffing, onboarding, and operational growth
Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and service metrics
Support process improvement and scaling initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, operations, or related field
5+ years of operations leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or remote patient monitoring
Experience leading remote teams and optimizing operational processes
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to travel occasionally for meetings or industry events
