Responsibilities
Own and maintain the end-to-end test plan for Oracle PCMCS (Profitability)
Define test scope, approach, environments, data, and entry/exit criteria
Drive test execution across all phases using Zephyr
Own defect management and triage in Jira through closure
Ensure test case traceability to requirements
Apply SDLC and governance controls as part of day-to-day execution
Provide test status, dashboards, and release readiness reporting (Excel / PowerPoint)
Partner closely with Technology, Finance, Treasury, and vendors
Provide clear go / no-go quality input for releases
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of overall testing experience
5+ years as a Test Manager or senior Test Lead owning end-to-end testing
Hands-on experience with Oracle PCMCS or Oracle EPM financial solutions
Strong experience with Zephyr, Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven ability to run test execution and defect triage with minimal oversight
Experience operating within formal SDLC and governance framework
Preferred
Banking or financial industry experience a plus
