Responsibilities
Support technical delivery and Agile execution within the banking domain, focusing on data technology solutions and requirements design
Collaborate with stakeholders, manage requirements, and ensure successful delivery across complex financial systems
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for banking and data technology initiatives
Support technical delivery teams by translating business needs into actionable specifications
Create and maintain JIRA boards, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with business objectives
Ensure adherence to Agile principles and participate in ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, etc.)
Perform data analysis and validation to support business requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of banking domain and financial processes
Proficiency in data constructs and technologies (data modeling, metadata management)
Experience in Agile methodologies, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional engagement
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
Tools: JIRA, Confluence for Agile project tracking and documentation
Data Technologies: SQL, data modeling, metadata management
Methodologies: Agile, SAFe, requirements analysis and design
Strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data constructs, and experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments
