Responsibilities
Own projects end-to-end, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate across engineering teams, suppliers, and customers
Lead product design, validation, and qualification efforts, including CAD modeling and testing
Serve as main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Develop project plans, track performance, and mitigate risks
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of project management and/or customer-facing experience in aerospace, defense, or medical manufacturing
2+ years of design experience with electro-mechanical or fluid control products
Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred
PMP certification
Advanced proficiency in project management tools
