New Grad, Entry LevelCEO Inc. is seeking a motivated Mechanical Designer to join their Project Engineering Group. In this full-time role, you will turn concepts into buildable mechanical solutions, creating 2D and 3D models, detailed fabrication drawings, and bills of materials.

Responsibilities
Develop initial design concepts for mechanical systems, working closely with Project Engineers
Use SolidWorks CAD software to create 2D and 3D equipment models
Prepare concept drawings, prototype drawings, and production drawings for projects
Generate bills of materials for raw materials and fittings for procurement and fabrication
Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and customers to ensure designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturability goals
Maintain detailed design documentation for projects
Research equipment, methods, and systems to improve productivity, quality, safety, and design efficiency
Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes to ensure designs are practical and buildable
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree (or higher) in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience
SolidWorks experience is required
Ability to read and produce technical drawings and understand engineering design principles
Familiarity with technical specifications
Strong computer skills (SolidWorks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate across teams
Preferred
Experience designing food, beverage, chemical, or pharmaceutical equipment
