Responsibilities

Lead and supervise onsite crews performing BAS and EPMS cabling work on active data center projects
Plan and coordinate daily field activities including cable routing, pulls, dressing, labeling, and documentation
Perform or oversee copper and fiber terminations, conduit installation (EMT, rigid, flexible), and device installation
Read and interpret MEP drawings, one‑lines, network diagrams, risers, and controls schematics
Conduct cable testing, troubleshooting, continuity checks, and certifying cable performance
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, electricians, and other trades to ensure workflow alignment
Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with OSHA and NEC standards
Track progress, materials, and manpower; communicate updates to project leadership

Required

Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
May require nights/weekends depending on project needs
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
As a condition of employment, all employees must complete a background and drug screening

Preferred

Experience in active/operational data centers
Knowledge of TIA/EIA standards, NEC, and BICSI practices
Experience supporting commissioning teams or controls vendors
