Responsibilities
Receive, sort, log, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Prepare outgoing mail and shipments, ensuring proper postage and timely delivery
Coordinate courier services and interoffice mail as needed
Fulfill print, copy, scan, binding, and finishing requests
Operate and troubleshoot multifunction printers and related equipment
Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and professional presentation
Manage print queues and meet turnaround deadlines
Provide courteous, responsive support to employees and visitors
Serve as a point of contact for service requests related to mail and print
Assist with conference room setup and breakdown when needed
Utilize office technology and print management systems efficiently
Track supply levels for paper, toner, and mailroom materials; notify management of replenishment needs
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in mailroom, print, reprographics, or office services
Strong customer service skills with a professional, team-oriented attitude
Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and equipment
Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing hands-on tasks
Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable
