RideNow Powersports is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Representative - Warranty Cancellations Administrator to join their Allen team. The role involves assisting in the collection, processing, research, and communication of aftermarket service contracts to support the Warranty Cancellations team and dealership locations.

Responsibilities

Assist with the answering of incoming email communication
Assist with the answering of calls to the department phone line
Assist processing incoming check refund calculations for pending cancellations
Research aging cancellation requests and work through problem resolution
Process all incoming cancellation requests for an assigned territory
Meet the Cancellations team processing goal of 80% closures in 30 days personally and group average
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealerships as a whole
Maintains a positive working relationship with all other employees

Required

Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivables
Excellent customer service and solid communication skills
Attention to detail and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work station
All applicants must pass pre-employment screening, including background and MVR checks
