Responsibilities

Set up and perform testing of electro-mechanical devices following written instructions
Record and analyze test data to ensure compliance with customer specifications
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area following ESD and FOD procedures
Collaborate respectfully and effectively within a close-knit team
Operate independently with minimal supervision
Occasionally lift heavy equipment (up to 30 lbs) and work overtime when required

Required

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience
Active DoD Secret clearance (in scope within the last 3–5 years)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with Maintenance Data Collection systems (MES, FMT, CAMS, etc.)
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Able to work overtime as needed

Preferred

4+ years of relevant industry experience
Experience in the aerospace or defense industry
Understanding of environmental chamber operations
Familiarity with quality systems and standards
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
Proficiency in one or more of the following: Electrical test set-up and performance, Preventive maintenance and calibration, Test equipment troubleshooting and repair, Anechoic and thermal chamber operations, Use of test instruments (power supplies, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, etc.), Data logging and reporting using Excel
