Manage phone and email messages
Help coordinate all aspects of meetings and engagement events (attendees, meeting space, supplies, refreshments)
Create / assist with all correspondence (letters and email)
Manage multiple schedules and appointments
Arrange travel and prepare itineraries and General office administrative responsibilities
Coordinate support with the team of other administrative professionals
Contacts other departments and outside agencies to resolve problems
Works with all levels of employees to perform responsibilities
Qualification
Required
High School Grad / GED
Experience: 2-5 years
Must exercise a high level of confidentiality
Organizing travel and accommodations
Managing schedules and appointments
Implementing employee engagement projects
Supply ordering and management
Expense reporting
General office administrative responsibilities
