Strong ability in tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to identify and present data issues and opportunities
Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data as well as read, interpret, input, and analyze data

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (GIS, Geography, Urban Planning, Computer Science) or 7+ years' related experience
Proficient in the use of hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, IKE, ArcMap, Ocalc Pro, CAD, ArcGIS, Google, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in assigned function (Drafting, Designing, Make Ready, Geographic Information Systems, etc.)
Authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check
A detailed working knowledge of telecommunications network structure
Ability to use Engineering specific computer software and other office related equipment
Familiarity with telecommunications architectures
Ability to read, understand, interpret, and analyze data
Understand best construction practices
