Responsibilities
Lead customer discovery and refine the product wedge
Translate market insights into a focused go-to-market strategy
Collaborate with an embedded product and engineering team to launch V1
Run pilot programs, shape pricing strategy, and validate retention and expansion
Lead the seed fundraising process with structured support and early traction
Hire and develop the founding team
Establish culture, operating cadence, and long-term vision
Qualification
Required
Strong intrinsic motivation to build and own a company end-to-end
Comfort with ambiguity and hands-on execution
Experience building or scaling a B2B SaaS or product-led company
Risk Appetite & Ownership Mindset
Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales, partnerships, or marketing
Ability to craft investor narratives and close capital
Ability to attract, coach, and retain high-performing talent
Preferred
Exposure to WealthTech, fintech, AI/LLMs, or regulated industries
