The ideal candidate will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to streamline product development processes and ensure data integrity while supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead and support Oracle Cloud PLM implementations , enhancements, and ongoing support
Configure and manage PLM modules including Product Development (PD), Product Hub (PIM), Quality Management (QMS), Change Management (ECO), and Innovation Management
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT teams to gather requirements and design scalable PLM solutions
Define and optimize product lifecycle processes , including item creation, BOM management, revisions, and approvals
Manage integrations between Oracle PLM and ERP modules (SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement)
Support data migration , master data governance, and validation activities
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and industry standards
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements
Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and end-user training materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
8+ years of experience in Oracle PLM / Product Lifecycle Management solutions
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PLM implementations and support
Strong knowledge of Product Hub (PIM), Product Development, Change Management, and Quality Management
Experience integrating PLM with Oracle SCM / Manufacturing Cloud
Solid understanding of BOMs, ECOs, product structures, and engineering change processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Oracle Cloud PLM or SCM certifications
Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
