5+ years expNoor Staffing Group is seeking a Professional Engineer – Structural to join a fast-growing engineering team in a fully remote capacity, supporting projects across California. The Structural PE will lead and execute structural design and analysis from concept through construction, coordinating closely with internal project teams and clients to deliver accurate, code-compliant, and constructible solutions.

Responsibilities
Own structural design and analysis for buildings and site structures (steel, concrete, masonry, wood) from concept through construction
Turn surveys, geotech reports, and civil/architectural plans into efficient, code-compliant structural solutions that stay on schedule and on budget
Lead and mentor a small team of engineers and drafters, driving redlines, plan revisions, and tight, clean drawing/calculation packages
Coordinate directly with clients, project managers, and jurisdictions to resolve comments, secure approvals, and keep projects moving
Support RFIs, shop drawings, and field issues while finding smart value-engineering opportunities
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil or Structural Engineering
Active PE in CA
5+ years of structural design experience on building or site-related projects
Strong working knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, and major material codes
Proficiency in structural design software and AutoCAD and/or Revit
Track record managing multiple projects and hitting deadlines
Experience leading work in a collaborative, remote environment
Confident communicator comfortable in front of clients, agencies, and cross-discipline internal teams
Preferred
MS in Structural Engineering
