Responsibilities
Oversee core accounting operations and general ledger integrity
Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements
Supervise billing and WIP/AR processes
Partner with leadership on budgeting and financial planning
Validate data and reporting from time & billing systems
Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
Prior experience within a CPA firm
Strong GAAP knowledge and hands-on GL expertise
Experience leading accounting or billing teams
Familiarity with CPA firm KPIs (WIP, AR, realization, utilization)
Preferred
CPA preferred
Experience with Dynamics GP and CCH Practice Management is a plus
