Responsibilities
Serve as a technical point of contact for assigned projects and engineering deliverables
Support the development of project scope, objectives, and technical requirements
Perform engineering calculations, evaluations, and technical analyses to support design decisions
Prepare and review specifications for equipment, materials, and systems
Coordinate engineering inputs across internal teams and external stakeholders
Review drawings and technical documents to ensure quality, accuracy, and constructability
Participate in QA/QC activities to maintain engineering standards and consistency
Evaluate designs for safety, reliability, cost effectiveness, and regulatory compliance
Communicate technical changes, assumptions, and design intent to project teams
Interface with regulatory agencies, surveyors, and third-party vendors as needed
Support project schedules and actively manage workload across multiple assignments
Promote safe work practices and uphold company safety expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
5+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably within Oil & Gas or energy infrastructure
Background in one or more of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Process, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, Pipeline Integrity/Corrosion
Working knowledge of industry codes, standards, and best practices
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard engineering tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in team environments
Preferred
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred; Professional Engineer (PE) a plus
