Technical Project Manager
PDS is seeking a highly organized, technically capable Project & Operations Coordinator to support daily operations and project execution. This role involves managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring workflows stay on track as the business grows.

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day project management, including scheduling, tracking milestones, and monitoring progress across multiple jobs
Manage workflow and help organize ongoing tasks, priorities, and deliverables
Order and coordinate materials required for projects, ensuring timely availability
Track project details, timelines, and status updates to maintain visibility and accountability
Conduct occasional field visits to support project execution and coordination
Assist with occasional weekend work as project demands require
Help document and streamline processes, with the goal of transitioning workflows into an online project management or tracking system over time
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Technically comfortable and eager to help implement digital tools or systems to improve efficiency
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before issues arise
Comfortable working in a hands-on, evolving environment where processes are still being built
Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with leadership
Experience supporting hardware, mechanical, manufacturing, or electrical engineering projects
Prior experience in a mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, power systems, or hardware manufacturing environment
