Patient Compliance Coordinator
Excelsia Injury Care is a company that provides management services to healthcare companies focused on rehabilitation and pain management for individuals with injuries. They are seeking a Patient Compliance Coordinator who will monitor patient compliance, communicate with referral sources, and assist the Intake Director with various tasks.

Responsibilities
Follow HIPAA regulations
Answer phone calls courteously, collect and document detailed information, and route phone calls appropriately based on office protocols
Audit weekly appointments to ensure conversion
Review employees’ submissions to the Non-Compliance Spreadsheet and collaborate with Leadership if/when protocol is not being followed
Correspond with patients, patient reps, and attorneys regarding non-compliance, i.e.: no-shows to initial appointment, diagnostic appointments, etc
Efficiently provide basic office administrative support tasks such as emails, updating spreadsheets, e-faxing, etc
Communicate efficiently via phone and email
Work as part of a team and also work independently
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Knowledge of computer applications, including Windows, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
Understanding of different insurance eligibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Phone and computer proficiency
Communication skills
Multi-tasking skills
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Typing – 50+ WPM
Preferred
Knowledge of workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and personal injury cases
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
